Lola Rae's Sack 'Fringed' Dress: You like???

 
They said her name is Lola Rae, unfortunately, the only thing I know is the shimmery mini dress made from what seemed like shredded sack of rice! What the heck were fashionistas thinking when they decided to 'tush' up this appalling dress by calling it the fringed dress??? It's a complete mess, and it's worsened by that beautiful hair of hers. Nobody wears a dress mess that's that overpowering and still combines it with a massive long curly locks, it has never worked that way, maybe some other time or on another person, it may work, but honey, at the moment, it isn't working.
